Laboratory and Office Christmas Closing

From mid-afternoon of 24th December to 1st January inclusive.

Emails will not be monitored. We will reply to all emails on our return on 2nd January.

Please avoid sending samples to us around the Christmas season.

 

Notes
Samples arriving on or before 23rd December will be tested on 24th December. For our blood test services, blood samples that arrive by 9am on 24th December will be tested so please use ‘next day before 9am’ service to ensure arrival in time for testing on 24th December.

Samples arriving after 9am on 24th December will be tested on 2nd January.

​

All samples arriving over the Christmas holiday will be safely stored by Royal Mail Keepsafe  and tested week commencing 5th January.

As a reminder, all tests are stable for 3 weeks.
