For a price list and to register for the Tapeworm and Small Redworm diagnostic services, veterinary practices should email info@austindavis.co.uk. Full instructions and unique barcoded submission sheets will be supplied for the services required.

Please submit samples as either:

• whole blood - in red top tubes (a blood processing fee applies)

• serum samples - must be provided in1.5 ml microfuge tubes (e.g. Eppendorfs) to avoid processing charges

 

Pre-paid address labels are available here to download and print FOR UK SUBMISSIONS ONLY. To use our labels, your packaging must be no bigger than large letter size (maximum length of 353mm, a maximum width of 250mm with thickness up to 25mm and weigh no more than 750g).

 

Samples can be sent in the post without cooling or ice as blood/serum samples are stable for at least 3 weeks. Please place in a polythene or leakproof bag, within a suitably strong outer envelope, to comply with 'exempt animal sample' postal regulations.
